In my life I have never had as great an experience with a car dealer than I had with Brian Churchill at North Texas Direct. You will not find a more Honest and caring dealer in the North Texas area, let alone Texas. Brian really cares about what you want and will do whatever it takes to get you the ...vehicle you are looking for. I bought a 2004 F350 and it had developed a little problem abput a month after getting it. I brought it back to Brian, and without hesitation he got on it and fixed the problem. This man has incredible integrity. I will not trade with Any other dealer ever again. Brian is the man, and you would do wisely to visit him and North Texas Direct. Thanks Again Brian! Show more

North Texas Direct really strives to make customers happy and satisfied..!!! I believe that as far as used car dealerships go - they do their best to honestly sale a good product and adjust accordingly if there are discrepancy. They will fix most things that you might find wrong and honor the vehicl...e days after purchase (not warranty but honor by doing the right thing).. Show more

This is the first time I bought a used vehicle from a "warehouse" type internet dealer, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. My Salesperson, Lynn, was very professional and responsive and made the whole process very easy. I discovered a small problem with the car after taking de...livery, and North Texas Direct took care of it immediately to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Show more

I would give 6 stars if I could!. From beginning to end and even after the transaction everything went smoothly. The main reason for this was our salesman, Brian Churchill. He is professional, hnowledgable, friendly and most importantly helpful. We first visited the dealership on Saturday afternoon ...(closed Sunday) and Monday morning we drove our new vehicle home. If you want personal service that is impeccable, give Brian a call. You'll be glad you did! Show more

So I literally wrote a 500 word essay here describing in detail my entire experience with purchasing my 2013 Cadillac ATS premium out of state in San Diego, CA but I refreshed the site and now I'm back to zero. :( Anyways, Brian Church will take care of you and I can voucher for that.
